What to check before you buy
Review the plan description, floor area, room count and included architectural files on the plan page. Some plans also offer optional drawing files or structural documents; the cart shows the selected package and its price before you place an order.
What the listed price includes
The price shown on a plan is its one-time base price. It includes the architectural PDF drawings and plan images. You can choose available extra file packages in your cart; only selected options are added to the total.
Optional packages are charged only when selected. Availability varies by plan, and the cart and checkout show your updated total before payment.
Payment and delivery
- One-time payment for the selected plan and optional files.
- Pay using M-Pesa, Visa or Mastercard at checkout.
- Digital files become available for download after successful payment.
